Yoga for Beginners 4 weeks program
Who should join our Private Beginner yoga program?
Those who are absolute beginners in yoga, serious medical problems & Postnatal Mum trying to become stronger again. We teach simple traditional yoga based on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga tradition based on care, safety and your body ability.
What is involve in this training?
This result oriented program provides you a fundamental introduction to physical Yoga practice of Yoga asanas (poses) for bringing back your flexibility and strength in your body, Pranayama ( Breathing exercises) to improve your respiration and increase your daily energy in your body and finally Dhyana (Meditation) to keep your mind very focus and calm to increase your productivity to get your work done on daily basis quicker
How many spaces are available?
Only 5 students will be given admission based on our interview process..
Will this 4 weeks show me results?
We will take your photos initially to show your current situation and after 4 weeks we will be again taking your photos to show your progress.
Simple Condition - You should not be missing a single class and should be dedicated for your self care and should be hungry to see improvement in their own health.

Training starts- 15th October 2024
Days - Tuesday & Wednesday.

What is the investment for my health?
$250 for 4 weeks you get 8 Customised private classes based on your body needs. Prepaid payment is required.
What happens after the 4 weeks training?
You will get promoted to our popular public classes Austraila wide if you like to continue.
