STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING AND PAYING FOR PASSES FIRST TIME OR REGULARLY

1) Create your Login Details and Update your profile page - This is mandatory for all members so we know  the person is legitimate and real as we do Live online classes.

 

2) When you register for first time you will automatically get the liability waiver form to sign (Digitally). Similar how your join the Gym. Step 1 and 2 are done only once for the first time.

 

3) Next step is to BUY THE PASS (please note though while booking it says online booking the same pass is applicable for locations) by clicking the little trolley button on the top of your screen (which is defined as Store in your booking system). Follow the steps and pay via our secured encrypted payment gateway.

 

4) Next step is to BOOK THE CLASS without which you will not get the access to join us. .

 ASANAMPRANYOGADHYAN

In this class we do ASANAS practice, Ancient  PRANAYAMA technique which increases your Life force Prana &  includes 15 minutes of  traditional  Meditation  process to completely relax your mind and body.

This is the highest Yogic relaxation method recommended by sages from Ancient India.

ASHTANGAYOGA

On this day we strictly follow the traditional Indian Ancient Ashtanga yoga  practice which includes  ASANAS plus 30 minutes of Unique MEDITATION  process which will help you to improve your CONCENTRATION and control STRESS. Highly recommend for everyone and anyone if you like to work on your mind, specially students.

♦All classes are conducted in   REAL TIME   based on the ancient yoga  techniques of  Mind body Energy readings. 

   

♦These yoga classes are Authentic and are  taught very traditionally  by Shri Samir Rane the Principal Director of this school under whom  thousands of students have attended so far and many have benefited. 

 

♦You will be practicing at a set time as per our timetable  which will help you  to  discipline your mind and body  though you are  performing in your own comfort space. 


♦After our yoga class finishes you don’t have to GET UP (if you are at home) to switch off your device  as we will switch off the system automatically so that  you can continue to remain relax in Shavasana  (lying down on floor ) in peace for long time which you normally miss in studio class. This aspect tremendously benefits your blood circulation and nervous system . 


♦If you attend these classes regularly your mind will be relaxed and body  will become internally strong.

 How does our Online Yoga classes works ? 

We are using Zoom, live from our Melbourne  studios.

You can use a mobile, tablet or computer anything Zoom works on.

Most participants find it easier to download the zoom software/app to their computer/tablet/phone 

 We will send you the Meeting ID and password for every class.

 Process, Terms and conditions   

   

  • LOGIN  instructions will be sent 1 hour before every  class . If you have not recieved our login MEETING ID AND PASSWORD  please email us asap.
  • Booking is Mandatory before  5pm on the day of the class . If you have bought our monthly unlimited special RATE pass then you will get   all classes  by default from the first class. you dont have to book everytime.
  • You need to log in atleast 10 mins before the start of the class . You will be first stationed in the virtual waiting room.
  • If you try to login after the class start time, the System may not allow you.
  • It is Mandatory to be on Video so we know who you are and how you are performing and we can correct you accordingly.
  • You should be on MUTE all the time.
  • You will be seen by all members across Australia. 
  • For training and advertising  purpose sometimes our  online classes are recorded sometimes.
  • We recommend parents to check their Kids ability before joining our classes. Typical age recommended is 8years plus.
